Hoy he estado entrenando en @losbanditosclub, en Londres, y quiero dar las gracias a @nikoeatsworld por la gran clase recibida, y a todos los alumnos por la excelente acogida y por haberme cuidado tanto. He aprendido un montón con todos ellos y espero poder repetir pronto. Me encantó la estructura de la clase y lo que transmiten como club, sin rigideces, con respeto pero sin ceremonias innecesarias, grandísimo nivel de todos sus alumnos y buen rollo en el tatami. Dos horas y media de clase que me supieron a poco, aunque mi cuerpo no opina lo mismo... ¡Gracias por todo, un verdadero placer!
